Here at Mama Making Changes, I am happy to be working with Papa Ben's Kitchen!

Papa Ben's Kitchen is a family business that makes mandelbroyt, a type of Jewish twice-baked bread that is very much like biscotti. Mandel means almond and broyt means bread. Using all natural ingredients and a family recipe, they make five flavors:

Original Family Recipe
Minty Dark Chocolate
Chocolate Espresso Bean
Lemon Blueberry w/Poppy Seeds
Spicy Chipotle w/Ginger & Dark Chocolate

In honor of Holocaust Remembrance Day on January 27th, Papa Ben's Kitchen is giving away a 5-pack of their mandelbroyt that includes one of each flavor and has a retail value of $34.95 if purchased separately!

Not only is Papa Ben's mandelbroyt made with all natural ingredients, but it's also dairy-free, kosher, and only 80 calories per slice! That means this sweet treat is actually healthy, low-carb, and low-calorie!
