I got on the scale-it was at 203. That is the most I've ever weighed. I started eating better, and noticed small changes. In March I found out I had a gluten sensitivity so the gluten went bye bye. I joined the gym, quit drinking pop, and made all sorts of more changes... two days ago I got on that scale and it's at 147. It has been hell, but I feel so much better! Totally worth it. I work retail and am caregiver to my elderly dad, so time is not always an option, and often i am tempted to stray.. BistroMD seems like a great way to keep on the right track- someone my height, 120 is the ideal weight. Much has improved, but I'm not completely there yet. I would like to try BistroMD as something that if I enjoy it, I would probably commit to getting the meals all the time.
