  1. I really don't have the time to make healthy meals, but I would like to start eating better and get my family doing the same. So, this seems like the perfect solution.

  3. I have been healthy eating---last December I felt fat and unhealthy(more than usual). I got on the scale-it was at 203. That is the most I've ever weighed. I started eating better, and noticed small changes. In March I found out I had a gluten sensitivity so the gluten went bye bye. I joined the gym, quit drinking pop, and made all sorts of more changes... two days ago I got on that scale and it's at 147. It has been hell, but I feel so much better! Totally worth it. I work retail and am caregiver to my elderly dad, so time is not always an option, and often i am tempted to stray.. BistroMD seems like a great way to keep on the right track- someone my height, 120 is the ideal weight. Much has improved, but I'm not completely there yet. I would like to try BistroMD as something that if I enjoy it, I would probably commit to getting the meals all the time.

    1. What a great testimony Georgette! Congratulations! I made a lot of the same changes and have lost from 160 to 125 but ideal weight for my height is 95 to 112 so I am still trying too. Good luck!

  6. I've tried DietToGo and Jenny Craig. I'd like to give this a try to. I'm not necessarily trying to lose weight. I do like the idea of having healthy, weight-maintaining food in the house for when I don't have time to cook anything.
