Summer Blog Challenge: Day 63

Wow! We are more than two-thirds of the way through the Summer Blog Challenge. This is the last month. It's hard to believe summer is nearly over and school is starting in just a few weeks.

Today's Challenge: What's one feature you would have to have in your dream home?

Why does the question say ONE feature? I know quite a few I would really just have to have if money were no obstacle. One really cool feature, though, is radiant heat flooring. That would be so amazing. Of course it would have to be solar powered! We could have a wood stove to supplement when and if needed. My dream home would be totally off the grid, but that does not mean it would have to be a bare-bones cabin!
Radiant floors look like other wood or laminate floors, but the coils are hidden underneath. They are an energy-efficient way to heat your home, whether using solar or not. Look how pretty!

  1. That would be nice to have radiant floor heating - especially during the cold Minnesota winters!
