I'm neither. I guess I fit somewhere in the middle. I do so much running around all day, that I tend to drop in the evenings, falling into the couch and not wanting to get back up. I do like to get some extra exercise at least twice per week, though. Sometimes my daughter and I slip on our running shoes and walk or jog for a mile or two, and sometimes I head over to the gym at the YMCA while the kids go to the pool. It's funny how I always feel more energized after I work out, but it's so hard to actually get up and get started!
