Summer Blog Challenge: Day 19

Today's Challenge: Tell something you did in the last few days that you are proud of.
Going Green with the Grizls

I am proud of myself for finally getting up and working out to the exercise video that I bought a month ago. My daughter has been using it, but not me. It's a DVD with a up routine and 5 different 10 minute workouts that all use an included resistance cord. I thought it would be great when time was short, but I never tried it. Till now! The workout was very challenging on Level 2 and I really enjoyed it! I feel really motivated now that I've tried it and I plan to start using it regularly. Hopefully, I can squeeze in at least one of the 10 minute routines every day. That should get those pounds shed a little faster!
